When will I receive my Promo eGift Card?  


Once your order fully ships you’ll receive an email that contains your Promo eGift Card. Please note some orders ship directly from the manufacturer and there can be a significant time delay before the item ships and eGift Card delivery. 

 

Am I being Charged for my Promo eGift card?

No. The eGift card will reflect as a line item on your receipt/order with an updated total, but ensure your card is NOT being charged for the eGift card. It's only for tracking purposes that it shows on your receipt with an updated total. 

 

What if I return an order for a refund?

If you return a product in new and unused condition for a refund, the unused promotional gift card will be deactivated.

 

What if I return an order for a refund but have used the promotional gift card?

If you return the order that qualified you for the Promo eGift Card after receiving your Promo eGift Card, your Promo eGift Card will be deactivated, or, if the Promo eGift Card has already been redeemed, the value of the redeemed portion of your Promo eGift Card will be subtracted from your refund.

 

What are the tier amounts for the promotional gift cards?

Spend $200-$499 Receive a $30 GC

Spend $500-$749 Receive a $60 GC

Spend $750+ Receive a $100 GC

 

Can use the promotional gift card on the current order?

No, Promo eGift Cards can only be used for future orders. 

 

What if I return only part of my order, can I keep my gift card?

If you return part of your order the unused Promo eGift Card will be cancelled. 

If you return part of your order and the Promo eGift Card has been used, we’ll refund your partial return less the Promo eGift Card amount. 

 

What If I want to return or exchange something I purchased with the promotional gift card?

We value our relationship with you and want to make sure that you're satisfied with purchases made using your Promo eGift Card. Returns of merchandise will be processed according to Billiards.com return policies. Credits for returns accepted by Billiards.com will be allocated back to the Promo eGift Card (in the amount of the portion of the returned purchase paid via Promo eGift Card). If you receive a credit, the portion paid with your Promo eGift Card (excluding shipping & handling) will be allocated back to the Promo eGift Card within 3 to 7 business days after we receive and processes your returned merchandise.

 

What if the Promo eGift Card is lost or stolen?

Promo eGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
